Prochorus frowned. "What? What did the prophecy say?!"

Sophia told him the prophecy.

Iason appeared in the Temple House, looking wary. 'Okay, I have a very bad feeling that I've just signed up for a death quest, by accident.'

Sophia rolled her eyes and grunted, "I shouldn't have gotten you into this."
She kept pacing trying to give herself some courage and optimism. It would be fine, she thought. I need to bring this to an end and save everyone. What can go wrong?! Not a big deal!
Sophia sat down as the bitter thoughts overwhelmed her and looked away from the rest. It was going to be tough but she wanted to do it and prove herself. What better way to be considered a hero than a well performed quest and saving the day? Suddenly she felt a bit better. Sophia has always believed everything is possible if you want it strong enough. She looked at Prochorus and Iason.
"Stop it Iason! I don't want to hear such words again. We can do it. We just need to be careful and smart about it. Each one of us have their own abilities and can contribute to the successful performance of the quest. If you keep this attitude, if course we will fail! So please pull yourself together. "

"What's all this yelling for kids?" Stelios grumbled as he approached.

Prochorus scratched his neck. "Wow that's bad...," he when heard the lines.
He nodded at Iason but scoffed when he hears Sophia say skills. "What skills?" He muttered. "Maybe we should strategise? Look where to start?"

Sophia looked at Stelios and smiled wearily. "I got the prophecy and it's not great." She told him the lines.
"I was just telling them that we can do it but they don't believe it. If we work together and don't give up I am sure we can do it. I can't fail this quest and I can't fail my father!".
She looked at them, her eyes looked more silver than usual and they were shining like the full moon.

"So let me get this straight, we're going on the big main quest and we're the people you've picked? The new guys. The ones who are the least experienced with this sort of thing. Why did you only pick three people to accompany you and why were none of those three Smeme? Yeh, you're gonna need a good fighter with you but one who fully knows what they're doing. I can't babysit you all. We don't even know what we're up against anyway," Stelios queried, he then let out a heavy sigh, "I get that this is personal to you and that we all arrived here together but don't be choosing your companions based on sentimentality kid," his tone was soft and calm.

Prochorus sighed. "She wants people she can trust. And it's her choice. From the sound of that prophecy it looks like we're all dead," he admitted.
Eurytus moved forward spreading his arms. "I think Smeme is needed here. Furthermore, you can't always rely on other people. Sophia made her choice. Now we must see where it takes us."

Stelios gave a harsh sigh from the back of his throat, almost like a grunt, "so just who exactly is going on this quest?"

Sophia turned away from Stelios. She muttered, "Stop treating us like children. Prochorus us right-I needed to pick people I trust. Whether you like it or not I trust you and I know you wouldn't betray me. The prophecy clearly talks about a traitor and I had to pick carefully my companions. Most of the demigods here look down on me and dislike me. Please don't be like them. As Eurytus said this is my prophecy. No one is dying. But you all really need to pull yourself together", she added annoyed.

Stelios just grumbled to himself. He really didn't like this, at all. He was comfortable staying at the camp and training but to actually go out on a quest when he was the most senior member of the team!? No, that was far outside his comfort zone. He could ignore the whole demigod thing whilst he was unclaimed but now that he had been and it wasn't the god he thought it would've been, things had changed. He had so many more questions that needed answering. He didn't want this responsibility. The last person who had placed their trust in him had ended up dead and that was at the hands of a cyclops too. It was a totally new world that they would be venturing into and Stelios was not all that confident he had what it took to protect everyone. He sighed, staring at the ground.

Sophia noticed that everyone was worried and saddened. Stelios looked really unhappy and as if e recalled some very painful memory.
The girl decided to be more optimistic about the quest and look at it from the bright side. She clapped her hands enthusiastically. "Come onguys, no one has said we are going to die. Yes, it will be tough but lets look at it as an adventure. We have to do this so no point sulking about it. Just imagine the stories everyone will be telling about us once we succeed. We will be like all those immortal heroes. And we will succeed-we are demigods after all, we have our parents to guide us. Now let see what to do first. We have to early travel only during the day and go west to find the creature that knows. Any suggestions? "

Stelios looked at the other two boys, expecting one of them would have an answer to that. Religion, the gods, mythology, the old heroes, these were not things Stelios was particularly well versed on. He was however very knowledgeable on the geography of Greece and so he should have no problems guiding them.
(OOC incidentally, where exactly in Greece is this camp located?)

(OOC: Erm... erm... erm... near Athens? Use those geography skills and find us a relatively wooded area near Athens and if you can't then it's a wooded area in Greece somewhere. ) Prochorus rubbed a hand through his hair. "I reckon we start with figuring out where to go. That line...," he thought about it, before turning to Eurytus. "Could it mean Nereus?" Eurytus nodded, still swaying. "I was thinking the same thing, maybe..." he got a mysterious smile but Prochorus ignored him. He turned back to the others and took a seat at the table. "There's an old man I heard about. He lives by the sea, he supposedly knows most everything. He could perhaps tell us where Psyche is." Eurytus came out of his daze. "Your quest, I hope you know, is far more important than you could imagine. Psyche had been, well, kidnapped, if you can kidnap a goddess. Eros was distraught, he's started to go mad, manipulating the minds of the Olympians with his arrow. I hope you all know how dangerous love can be," he smirked. "They are nearly at each other's throats. The very world reacts to the abuse of passion. Finding Psyche appears to be the only thing to stay Eros' wrath." "Why hasn't someone like Zeus dealt with him?" Prochorus asked, confused. "Surely the God of the Sky could knock down Eros." Eurytus nodded, agreeing. "This is true, but Eros works quietly. His rage is quite tame, let's say. I'm sure we're the only ones who know the true cause. The gods have always been blinded by their pride and arrogance, no offence intended. I'm sure they see a trick of a mind and blame Aphrodite. So suddenly we have the gods declaring sides. But even if they get past this, and I'm sure they would, Greece itself could not recover so easily. It's imperative you prevent this before it happens."
