Sophia looked at him expectantly: "And this is?"

"You can only save one. If you should save Psyche, you cannot save your own father. Even now the Peloponnesian war is sweeping this coastline. The Athenians are almost in Thrace. A splinter group. The dead," he looked upset, "we hear the words of Apollo. Like a wind it sweeps the Underworld. I fear your family shall not survive their progress. You have less time than you could imagine. The gods will not survive another day; you have a choice. You only have time to save one."
He turned away, ready to depart. He turned back, conflicted. "Your mother wished you to know. Even now I cannot decide on whether that's mercy or cruel." He walked off, falling to pieces in the air. His spirit retreated downwards towards the Underworld.
The warmth returned.

Prochorus moved towards Sophia, putting a hand on her shoulder, his face grim.
"What should we do?"

She turned to Prochorus, tears flooding her eyes. "I...I don't know. "
Sophia moved away and sat down on one of the chairs. She put her head in her hands and couldn't decide what to do. "My mother...Artemis wanted me to know that but why can't she help us save him? That's not fair! I can't leave my father. But I can't fail the quest either. I...I don't know what to do. ", Sophia started sobbing trying to ease her pain but it was just getting worse.

Prochorus looked at Iason, who seemed lost, and Stelios, who still seemed as if he wasn't being controlled at all and was now muttering about flatbread and walking into a wall repeatedly. So it was up to Proc.
He walked over and put his arm around her awkwardly. "I'm sorry. It's hopeless, and I can't tell you to abandon your father. I certainly couldn't have with my mother. How about we just screw the gods? Let's go save the person who actually cared about you."

Sophia kept crying uncontrollably. After some time she finally calmed down and wiped out her tears. She didn't say anything but thinking what to do. If I fail this quest we are all going to die, the whole nature will be at war. Everything will be lost because of my selfishness. But I can't abandon my father. He is the only thong I have and what kind of daughter would I be? I can't even say goodbye to him.
Her tears started again but she composed herself. Heroes' fates are never happy. Demigods either end up dead or everyone they love. I have a chance to save the world and can't fail.
Sophia kept crying some more, mourning her father. When there were no more tears left, she got up, cursed the gods and faced Prochorus: "I decided. Let's save the goddess."
As she said this she walked off with a bleeding heart and lots of hatred stored against the world. Time will heal, she kept repeating to herself, time will heal.

Prochorus stood up after her, dragging Stelios with him. Sadly he could understand exactly what Sophia was through. However, she was putting her duty first and he respected that, even if he wouldn't have done it himself.
"Come on Iason," he said to the demigod. "Up for the last bit?" He asked, walking out of the palace. The sun seemed to have died.

Sophia looked at the sky. "We can't travel during night. We have to find somewhere to stay the night", she turned to Prochorus.

"Iason?" He looked over at the other guy. "We don't have much time. I think we only have a day; we can't afford to lose time."

Iason exited his trance. 'I'm ready! Let's do this and finish this quest! We have some time; enough to save the gods.' He looked at Sophia awkwardly. 'Maybe not enough time though.'
Iason looked at the blank Stelios and nodded, half in mourning. Clearly seeing so many blantly mythy things had destroyed his delusions, and his mind with it. The would be son of Posiedon seemed gone. Maybe. Unless Iason could heal him one day.

Prochoris raised his fist. "To the boat then! I'll summon the winds and we'll be there in no time." He ran down to the boat, hopping in. He waited for the others to join him and started to focus on summoning the winds to himself. The sky started to darken as he did so, the sea slashing up against the shore.

Iason did a triple front-flip and jumped into the boat. He landed with the grace of a jungle tiger and pulled Stelios onto the boat. The mercenary was babbling now about Sean Bean and Iason tried to do some magic on his mind to calm it unsuccessfully.
'Ready Chief!'

Sophia hesitated for a moment and was not happy with travelling at night but they were running out of time. She got in the boat and sat next to Iason.

Prochorus had the winds under his control and he forced the behind the boat. They started to shoot forwards, cutting through the waves. Stelios cried out in fear and a nasty smell hit the air. The son of Ares appeared to have had enough of this entire adventure and tried to crawl over the boat, to fall in the ocean. Iason pulled him back and told him to keep it together. Stelios just shook his head and pulled a flash out, taking a deep pull.
The wind was getting out of Prochorus' control and the boat started to lift out of the waves, flying just above. The son of Zeus was growing red trying to keep it together but an island was slowly emerging over the horizon. The boat went flying towards the dirty beach, smashing on impact and sending the all flying. Stelios was throw through the air and swiftly landed on a rock, bouncing off and them facepalming a tree.
Prochorus pulled his face off the sand and stored forward, going towards the son of Ares. "Come on Stelios."
"No," he looked pouty. "I don't want to go anywhere! I'm done."
Prochorus shook his head and pointed a finger. "Don't make me call your father!" He hit him over the back of the head. "Bad demigod!" Stelios looked ashamed and, his lip trembling, made to admit something.
"I just... I'm jealous of you, Prochorus. I'm jealous that your much better looking than me, that you're a son of Zeus and far more powerful. I'm jealous that I can't take Sophia for my wife like a normal Greek man because I suffer from-"
"Whoa, that's enough big guy," Prochorus interjected, pulling him up. "Let's just head towards this palace." He turned to the others, waiting to walk up the broken island towards an abandoned, darkened palace on the hill, straight through a creepy town.
