Out of nowhere a centaur came, swerving like he was pissed and that's because he was! Eurytus! The man who turned up to the wedding of Hippodamia drunk and tried to rape her, but he was falsely accused, maybe. Anyway, he thundered in with a bow, aimed and shot. He missed by a mile but he had an explosive arrow so the tree was blown apart and the drakon pushed away.
He ran up to both Iason and Sophia and scooped them up.
"Leyt's gyo!" He slurred. He started galloping off, humming 'my milkshake brings all the boys to my yard' under his breath. They got through the gates.

The drakon stopped at the boundary in dismay, and turned away to find easier food.

The demigods passed into the boundary line, and as they wearily collected themselves into a group, a portly man approached them.
He wore a bronze breastplate, but it was clearly made for a younger, fitter man. His belly had stretched out the bronze and the abs worked into the bronze looked a lot flatter than the original effect. He had a greying beard, and thinning grey hair, which he clearly wore in a cool Jaime Lannister style, or at least tried, but seeing as the middle was thinning, the effect didn't work so well anymore.
That said, his eyes were bright and green. He was still kind of handsome, in a fat sort of way and though he puffed a little bit as he walked over, he moved with an oddly graceful step.
'Welcome demigods!' he announced like he was announcing a massive crowd. 'My name is Iolas!' He waited, as if that was going to mean something to someone. 'You know, the guy who killed the Hydra,' he announced proudly.

Prochorus' eyes widened. "Wait, I know you! You killed the Hydra!"

Stelios just squinted as he gave the fat bloke a cold stare, as if to say he didn't believe him despite what he'd just gone through. His body was beginning to feel very heavy from all the wounds as he tried to balance on his good leg, panting for breath.

Iolas smiled. 'Yes, I did! Well,' he admitted; 'actually Heracles killed it. I held the torch for a bit before I dropped it. But you know, without me, Heracles, my uncle by the way, would never have killed it. Maybe. True story,' he finished, smiling. It was a lame story.
Seeing that the group clearly thought it was lame, he moved on quickly. 'Did I tell you about the time I bedded Megara? Heracles told her she had to be my wife, and we did it. Once.' He winked. 'Another true story.'
He led them away, and to the Temple (OOC: Moving to Temple page!)

Iason appeared at the Gates of Zeus, with a pack slung over his shoulder. He was dressed in his leather armour with bronze greaves, bracers and shoulder guards. He figured gold would draw too much attention.
Strapped to his side was dagger and short sword (his skills with which had improved considerably) and a standard bow, complete with arrows. He sat and waited for the others.

Prochorus had gone back to the Hermes cabin and he'd slept fitfully. Now, with the new morning sun rising, he trudged to the Gates. The Hermes children had been fantastic, offering him everything he needed for the journey. His bag was full of spare clothes and an extra pair of laced sandals. He was currently wearing a white chiton (tunic). Leather armour with the bronze plate across the chest and on the shoulders. It was lightweight and kept the heat out well. Hermes claimed they'd stolen it from the Hephaestus children and wanted it back afterwards. He also had bracers and greaves, all made of Olympian bronze. A sword was strapped to his waist and a spear on his back. A shield had been too heavy. His necklace was still around his neck.
He made his way up to Iason; he still wasn't sure what to think of him but he'd been very eager to join this quest.
"Hey, Iason. You doing okay today?" He didn't know what else to say.

Sophia walked up early at went on her morning run. She needed to clear her head and calm her nerves. After she did that, the girl went back to her cabin, put on a long white tunic and comfortable sandals. Her hair was in a half -do falling freely on her shoulders and she put over it white thin veil. The Hermes kids gave her a beautiful dagger and she picked up her favourite bow. Sophia contemplated picking up a sword but since her dagger skills were getting better than the sword she got another dagger just in case.
Sophia arrived at the gates where Prochorus and Iason were waiting. She waved at them and smiled.

Stelios slowly approached the gates, his eyes constantly surveying the area, he was very on edge and still looking quite pale. All he could see however were the other three who had already gathered at the gates. Taking a deep breath, he tentatively pressed on. He had a really bad feeling about all this, especially after the dream. There was a stern and harsh look on his face as he reached the others but he made sure not to look at them and instead just stared off into the distance.

Sophia saw Stelios who was looking on edge and really unhappy. She wanted to say something nice but there was no point. Everyone thought the quest was a suicide so no matter what she said would change anything.
She looked at the other two and said, "So, are we ready to go?"

Stelios' eyes finally fell upon him. There in the distance was a crooked old man, tending a starved, scrawny horse. However, something drew Stelios to him... and pushed everyone back.

Stelios suddenly halted in front of the old man and his strange looking beast, getting a hold of his senses. He wasn't sure what it was that had drawn him to the old man and the horse, there was just something inside him telling him to approach. The horse was a very strange colour, it was a deep reddy brown, unlike most horses in Greece.
